ShippingCollections: If you live in or are visiting Leeds and prefer to collect your order please choose "collect" as the free shipping option and then drop us mail to arrange a suitable time for us both. I'm not always in the office and work from home more often then not so please don't just turn up or you'll most likely be disappointed... Please also be aware that we do not have facilities for browsing at the office and have no listening posts. Deliveries: We're now able to offer FREE delivery across Leeds on all orders over £30. Simply place your order as normal and choose "collect" as the delivery option then mail us to arrange a suitable time for delivery. We also offer FREE UK wide delivery on orders over £50. Simply place your order as normal and choose delivery option "free shipping". Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will usually be shipped on the same day. Larger orders shipped via U.P.S. couriers need to be in by 1pm. Orders placed after 2pm may still be shipped on the same day but this cannot be guaranteed, they will however be shipped on the next working day. Orders sent via royal mail are sent 1st class post which usually ensures a next day delivery to the UK and 3-5 days throughout Europe. Other postage options are available via checkout. Our flat rate charge for parcels delivered by U.P.S. within the UK is now £4.99 on a guaranteed next day service (excluding weekends). Overseas rates vary, please check prices and options during checkout. U.P.S orders must be placed before 1pm to guarantee same day shipping and you will now be mailed the online tracking details for your order within 1 hour of your order being processed. Please note that once every month or two we throw the Detatched parties here in Leeds which takes me away from the shop for a day or three. Any orders placed during a "Detatched weekend" will not usually be shipped until the following Tuesday. Please also be aware that Ds2 is a small family run home business, we do not have staff to cover for illness or emergencies so on those occasions you may encounter delays in shipping. We will always try to post a message on the home page if this is the case though. Every package shipped by Ds2 is insured for loss or damage so please order with confidence. In the event of loss or damage we will in the first place attempt to replace the items or if that's not possible will offer store credit or a full refund.
