Ds2Points

As a thank you for shopping with us we now offer a loyalty points scheme. Every pound you spend at Ds2 (excluding shipping) will earn you one point which is equal to 5 pence, rounded down to the nearest pound.

To view your total points & value click on "My Account" then "Order Information". Points for orders currently being processed will not appear in the totals until they have been dispatched. Against each order you will notice it displays the points awarded, if the points are in [brackets] they are waiting to be added to your account total. If they are in bold they have not yet been spent.

Points and their associated discount value available are displayed when you view your basket. To use up your points simply click on the tick box next to where it displays "Use xxx Points". However, you may decide not to spend the points on this ocassion and use them at a later date towards a bigger purchase or on a rainy day!

Points are added to your account only when the order has been accepted & dispatched. Should you cancel your order after dispatch or return any items the relevant points will be deducted from your account.

Please Note...

...that reward points cannot be used in conjunction with Google Checkout. This is a bug on Google's side to do with discounts which we hope will be resolved soon. For the time being you'll need to either use Paypal, Cheque or Bank Transfer to redeem your points or alternatively you can pay full price via Google and then send us a mail to ask for a partial refund against your points. Sorry it's a bit messy for now but we'll keep an eye on things.
