London Fashion Week: Designers Face Flak for Anorexic Models

This year's London Fashion Week saw designers facing problems and heavy criticism for the anorexic and thin models they employed to walk the ramp. This time at the London Fashion Week, there were tons of models that walked the ramp for designers and were stick thin, for example Chloe Memisevic.
She was touted to be the hottest model in the London Fashion Week, walking the ramp for fashion houses of Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler and Erdem this time. What they fail to notice is that she looks emaciated and is stick thin. The campaign to use models with fuller bodies has been going on for quite some time but it failed to see the light of the day in the London Fashion Week.
Models that are small are being used, with Carole White, the head of Premier Model Management saying that it is up to the demands of the industry in New York, Paris and Milan. Everyone there has ignored the age limit of 16, using underage and underweight girls on shoots and in shows like the London Fashion week. All models almost are fighting anorexia and trying their best to look thin because that is what their managers are asking them to do.
